Dick’s Fine Wood is an artisan endeavour inspired by west coast nature. JJ Skidmore is an inspired gatherer and self-instructed craftsman passionate about the shapes and textures found in coastal driftwood. He creates one-of-a-kind pieces from hand selected driftwood that are informed by their raw state and then coaxed into beautiful utility by hand.

JJ’s pieces are both beautiful and functional. He takes custom orders as well as his inspired functional art pieces being available on his website gallery as they are created.
